We were the new housing development where they recommended we purchase would give us capital growth of around $150K after 5 years. We were also told the new development would consist of 80% owner occupied properties and 20% rental properties yet when the property was ready to be tenanted almost every house in the street and an adjacent street had FOR LEASE signs out the front. We managed to get a tenant but received 10% less rent than forecasted by Chase Edwards. We ending up selling after 6 years and lost in excess of $30K as the house was worth less than we paid for it. I advise extreme caution dealing with this company. They are vultures and prey on naive first time investors.
